Ingredients:
- ½ kg rajgiri flour
- Water
- 2 potatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- Oil
Method:
- Take rajiri flour add salt, black pepper powder, boiled potatoes mashed and mix all this well.
- Add water accordingly so as to make dough.
- Add little oil to the dough and make small round rotis placing it on a plastic sheet.
- Put the tava on the gas and make the roti on medium flame.
- When half cooked add one tea spoon oil on either side of the roti.
Roti\'s can be had with tamarind aloo or groundnut chutni
