Method
- 500gm Wheat Flour
- 1 Spoon Ghee
- Salt as per Taste
- 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds
- ½ Spoon Black Pepper Powder
Method
- Take Wheat Flour and knead with Water.
- Add some Salt in to it.
- Now knead flour and make smooth.
- Make small and equal ball of dough to make Roti.
- Roll out Roti of each ball; make them as thin as possible.
- Roast Roti from side evenly.
- Press with some cloth from TOP while roasting from each side.
- Roast until Roti becomes crispy and brown in color.
- Roast each Roti one by one with same system.
