Khakhra Recipe

Ingredients


  • 500gm Wheat Flour
  • 1 Spoon Ghee
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Spoon Black Pepper Powder


Method


  • Take Wheat Flour and knead with Water.
  • Add some Salt in to it.
  • Now knead flour and make smooth.
  • Make small and equal ball of dough to make Roti.
  • Roll out Roti of each ball; make them as thin as possible.
  • Roast Roti from side evenly.
  • Press with some cloth from TOP while roasting from each side.
  • Roast until Roti becomes crispy and brown in color.
  • Roast each Roti one by one with same system.
