Ingredients:
For the paste:
1. 2 green chilies
2. 1 cup fresh coriander
3. 1 small garlic clove
For the sauce:
1. 3 tsp. vegetable oil
2. 400 gm cauliflower, cut into small flowerets
3. 1/3 cup water
4. 4 tbsp. cream
5. salt to taste
6. pepper to taste
7. 1 tsp. lemon juice
For Garnishing:
1 tbsp. coriander paste.
Method:
1. Grind together chilies, coriander and garlic to a paste. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cauliflower. Stir well for a minute and add water. Cook covered for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add coriander paste (reserving 1 tbsp. for garnishing), stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice and stir properly.
5. Shift to a serving dish and drizzle the remaining coriander paste on top and serve hot with your choice of chapatti/Indian bread or rice.
